Super-tuning conversions available for your turbo diesel – for
road or track
Allard conversions, developed on the
track, are now available for your road car. We offer a complete
range of specialist performance enhancing products for VW – Seat – Audi – Skoda
1.9 & 2.0 litre turbo diesel engines.
Turn your TDI into a pocket rocket with super-saloon performance, but
retain turbo diesel economy, combined with about town driveability and
low co2 emissions.
Our conversions include many special components, including larger intercoolers
- uprated silicone hoses and pipework with increased flow capacity -
higher performance and hybrid VNT turbochargers - free flow low back
pressure exhaust systems - high flow manifold with big bore down
pipe – AMC custom remaps and a range of other special options to
match individual customer requirements.
We offer 4 stages of tune, but these can be varied, according to the
model and whether other modifications have already been done. You can
start with Phase 1 and progress to Phase 2 or 3, when you have become
used to the increased performance and you want more when you can afford
it!
We design and install all our own chip programme's, but conversions
can be supplied as kits or fitted in our workshops. In some cases we
will re programme your ECU if you send it to us.
PHASE 1 – AMC SUPER-TUNING CHIPS

Primarily designed to operate with and match
other engine performance uprating modifications. We have
ECU reprogramming options to match engine power outputs from
90 to 250 bhp.
The Phase 1 reprogramme raises power and torque by 20-25%,
depending on model, without significantly affecting fuel
consumption, smoke emission or engine life and you have the
benefit of much improved acceleration in any gear.
Installation takes from 2-6 hours, depending on model. It
is also possible in some instances for you to send your cars
ECU to us for reprogramming. (Contact us for further information) |

PHASE 2 Conversion

Phase 4 – Road or Competition Specification
|
Includes: Special Super-Tuning ECU remap,
with set of uprated nozzle injectors. AMC VT5 Garrett turbocharger,
mounted on new exhaust manifold. Competition big bore turbo
back exhaust system. High performance intercooler installation
(150PD can retain original intercooler), cool air free flow
air filter system, uprated clutch assembly, including steel
flywheel.
Upto 260 bhp and 360lb.ft. can be obtained with this specification. |
